Report on “Deeper Life Conference” (Morrinsville, NZ):

"On 3-4 June 2011 Rodney Francis, Len Buttner and a 21-strong Team from The GFM Equipping Station (Hamilton) ministered to 90 people who registered for a 'Deeper Life Conference' held in Morrinsville and organized by the Morrinsville Healing Rooms. People came from Auckland, Cambridge, Hamilton, Matamata, Morrinsville, Tauranga, Te Aroha and Te Awamutu areas. We are confident that no one left disappointed; rather there was an atmosphere of excitement and amazement at the greatness of our God and the moving of His Holy Spirit. Below are some comments that have been fed back to us:

"We took part in the Deeper Life Conference emphasizing the prophetic ministry. It was really an eye-opening and challenging time. The people running this were full of the Holy Spirit of God and we were greatly blessed."

"At the end of the Saturday morning session (after Len's teaching) somebody mentioned about deep inner healing. A young lady brought a message in tongues which worked a deep inner healing in me. Rodney brought the interpretation. He is certainly mightily used by the Lord. The Lord knows better than we do what our needs are… It was an inspiring time."

A lady who attended the weekend went back to her church friends and told them that 10 strangers had told her more about herself than all of her friends knew. This aspect of practicing what we had learned and prophesying over each other has had a profound effect on many people. Having taped messages to take home and listen to has been a joy and encouragement.

We believed that this time would spawn new Healing Rooms in the towns around us. To date we have had two enquiries about how to start a Healing Room. The training and encouragement we all received further equipped us for this vital ministry.

People have commented how the prophetic actions have opened up and broadened their understanding of prophetic aspects.

When a Conference participant played spontaneous Holy Spirit-inspired piano music, many people had heavenly pictures and visions which gave a sense of peace and encouragement. Another person had a sense that the praise and worship and affirming the Lordship of Jesus through the Conference has punched significant holes in a dark canopy the enemy sought to keep over the area. The light of Jesus can now shine through more brightly.

Some saints have commented about the love of God which was evident in, and flowing from, Len and Rodney. Love is the key.

While the Conference was organized by the Morrinsville Healing Rooms we deliberately kept a low profile and believe that the main goal of bringing encouragement and healing to the whole body of Christ was achieved. We bless the Lord and give thanks to Him for the ministry of His love through Rodney, Len and Team. ~ John and Bev. Reid (Morrinsville, NZ).

What an exciting and encouraging day we have had at Paraparaumu on 24th April 2010 when we gathered for the bi-monthly Prophetic Equipping Day. The day’s theme was “Discerning The Lord’s Body ~ What Does It Mean?” and focused on the Communion Table. All of The GFM Team speakers dove-tailed beautifully with one another. There is a hunger for something new to happen; therefore our time before and during Holy Communion needs to change. Ross and Andrea Monk (Churton Park) both shared how over the past few months they have been taking Communion together every morning and how this has given them a new love and appreciation of what Jesus said before He was betrayed (John 6:56): "He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood abides in Me and I in him."
Focusing on this Celebration (with worship and praise, taking time to still our hearts). Ross spoke on its our hearts that pump our blood, so speaking to our hearts and commanding our bodies to come into divine order will bring us into greater blessings as we take hold of God's Word, praying for revelation (Ephesians 1:15-23) and realization (Ephesians 3:14-21). Pastor John Traill (Featherston) talked about Job and how He had no case when God turned up,and when we come to the Communion Table we do not have a case either. God is a God of Love, and for us to have appreciation, revelation and application in humbleness. Colin Goulton (Masterton) and Lily Sinke (Porirua), along with Rodney, all shared very well. Rodney gave a report back on the accuracy of a prophetic tape which had been made up for a couple over in Wales at our last meeting and another one was made for a woman here in New Zealand. These are exciting times we are living in. There were a number of encouraging testimonies given and prayer for healing finished another exciting day in God's presence. All praise to God. ~ Francie Ballantyne (Palmerston North, NZ).

This was the second time that we have had Rodney and his team from The GFM come and minister at our church, and, like the first time, the reality of the living God through the power of the Holy Spirit among His people was evident to all who attended this weekend.   There is such a hunger for a depth and newness of the things of the Holy Spirit growing in our world.  In our western culture, although we supposedly have a "Christian" heritage, the power of God at work among His people is not that evident in reality within the churches of New Zealand.  Hence we have had people travel from the Bay of Islands (100km in the North) and Auckland City (150km in the South) come to hear the freshness of Rodney and his Team’s teachings on the Holy Spirit Ministry.   The unique thing about GFM is that is not all about The GFM Team but encouraging and teaching everyday Christian people to operate in the power of the Holy Spirit.

This was a great weekend; but now we are faced with the challenge of implementing this newfound fullness of ministering in the Holy Spirit into the everyday life of our Church Ministry, especially our main Sunday morning services.  Please pray for us as we break free of what has become a tradition of “doing church” into the newness of what Jesus has planned for us to serve Him in our world today.  As a church we desire to grow in the things of God and we see The GFM playing a strategic role in our spiritual growth and development.  May God bless The GFM, for we have been blessed through their ministry ~ Pastor Simon Currie (Marsden Baptist Church, Northland, New Zealand).

When Rodney came and ministered at SpiritLife on March 19th, 2006, he spoke into the lives of people in the church through the prophetic word and brought a word for the direction of our church. The words were very accurate and impacting. We were believing for Rodney to bring an apostolic and prophetic input into the life of our Church, and this is exactly what he did. Rodney spoke a specific prophetic word about the growth and direction of our church without knowing that the same prophetic word had been given by another prophetic ministry about a month beforehand! Talk about confirmation! We have been seeing this prophetic word fulfilled before our eyes. We are very grateful to Rodney for being obedient to fulfilling the ministry Jesus has called him to. ~ Pastor Brett Heald (Massey, Auckland, New Zealand).
