EQUIPPING STATIONS:

A major part of this Ministry is the equipping and sharpening of peoples’ giftings and ministries in the Holy Spirit, and forming them into effective teams to go out ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit. Our focus is strongly on the developing of accurate discernment in Hearing the Voice of God, Exercising the Gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12-14), Obedience, Motivated strongly by the love of Jesus for the people, Equipping for Service and Christian Ministry. To date our teams have ministered within New Zealand and overseas with great impact. Equipping Station is about preparing those with the call of God to fulfil that call (Colossians 4:17). 

  These “ES” gatherings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday evenings of the month at the Hamilton West Anglican Parish (St. David's), 158 Rifle Range Road, Hamilton, NZ, and are very exciting times.

THE GFM PROPHETIC CONFERENCES:  

Since the year 2000 The GFM Ministry has been running  Prophetic Conferences in different parts of New Zealand. The first two were held in conjunction with the Cambridge Elim Church in Cambridge, New Zealand, and now they are held at different venues. These have been great times of discovering more of the creativity of the Holy Spirit and His Giftings, as well as a time for people to be released into more of the gifts and potential they have in God. People have attended from all around New Zealand, as well as the Fiji Islands, Cook Islands, Australia, Singapore, England and Switzerland.  The emphasis is as much on participation as it is on the teaching of the Holy Spirit Ministry, as it is the releasing of these things that enables us to minister in the realm of the supernatural of God. As a result of these Conferences scores are being impacted through the things we have learned and applied.

PROPHETIC EQUIPPING SCHOOLS:

In 1995 God challenged Rodney about the need to do something positive in the equipping and releasing of people into the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and in discovering their ministry potential. The concept was to gather together prophetic ministers who carry the heart for that, teach the principles, develop the character issues and impart Holy Ghost anointing into the people. We launched the first one in 1996 in Manila, Philippines. Six other ministers from New Zealand joined Rodney in that one. It was a huge success and we found ourselves seeing all kinds of possibilities for these up-to-7-day (now normally 5-7 day) Schools. Since then we have run them in New Zealand, the Fiji Islands, Tonga, Malaysia, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria and Uganda. Other countries are now asking for them. The vision of “Prophetic Equipping School” is also to produce a teaching manual so every participant has some excellent teaching materials to take home with them. The manuals are also available for sale and continue to reach many other people after the School is over.  

SCHOOLS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT:  

Since 1997 Rodney has developed a "School of the Holy Spirit," a series of sessions designed to see people released into the operation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. These Schools can be adapted to whatever length any participating church or group wants (run from 3-15 sessions). These times have been very fruitful indeed. Scores of Christians have been released into the Gifts, received impartation from the Holy Spirit and are going on to be very effective for God. "The School Of The Holy Spirit" Manual was developed for these sessions. To date they have been held in Wales, England, Italy, Fiji, Vanuatu, Tanzania, Kenya, and New Zealand. 

WEEKEND HOLY SPIRIT SEMINARS / CONFERENCES:  

The GFM works in with local churches to conduct “Releasing of the Holy Spirit” Gifts and Ministries Seminars / Conferences. Numbers of these have been held to date and they have been a wonderful time of helping others to become practically involved in working with the Lord to release their giftings. Usually we take a team, and this also helps people to see the dynamics of team ministry in action.
